We have several options for child care outside of the school day:
We offer before-school care through a Breakfast Club which runs daily, again in the Learning Centre. It is run by fully trained staff who also work as Teaching Assistants, Midday Supervisors at lunch time or in the After School Club. A healthy breakfast is offered, and a mixture of lively and quiet activities is provided for the children’s entertainment. The Club opens at 7.45 am and children are taken to class at 8.40 am. We make a charge of £3.50 per day for drop-offs on an ad hoc basis or £3.00 per session when booked in advance. Please ask at the school office if you would like to book a place.
Scarcroft After School Club is located in the Learning Centre and Lower Hall within the school. It is run by staff who are committed to providing high quality childcare, where children are happy and safe in a stimulating environment.
All staff are suitably qualified and experienced. Each hold an enhanced DBS disclosure and are trained in the following areas:
- Child Protection
- First Aid
- Food Hygiene
